With the help of your guides, we connect your physical health with the mental, emotional and spiritual components of your life using any combination of massage or reflexology with visualization, chakra clearing, energy and color therapy. Sessions run between one and two hours. For your own wellbeing, plan on giving yourself the full two hours.
