Water therapy is as ancient as mankind. Hydrotherapy is one of the basic methods of treatment widely used in the system of natural medicine. You will learn the theory around using hydrotherapy in your healing work. In this class, students will learn theory, benefits and precautions around the use of warm and cool stones applied to the feet. We will use hot stones and cold stones to assist in reducing muscles tension and increasing client serenity.

 

There will be a demonstration of techniques and the opportunity to practice on fellow students. This class meets the requirements set out by American Reflexology Certification Board.
